Boring boring Arsenal

Watching Arsenal doesnt give me pleasure anymore. I was bored to death seeing us passing sideways again and again. I almost can figure out everything thats going to happen next. It started like this..Denilson got the ball..hell pass to Diaby..Diaby will bring the ball forward for about 2 yards and stop..turn right to Eboue..Adebayor then come with his begging hands asking for the ball..for some reason he is 100% sure to get the ball..Ade wont do nothing but one touch it back to Eboue..Eboue for some reason will cut inside eventho his left peg is useless..he then return it back to Denilson who in turn pass it to Nasri..Nasri with dally a lil bit while waiting for Cllichy's overlap..Clichy will get the ball and look up thinking about crossing..if he doesnt hell pass back to Denilson or the 'dropping-too-deep' Van Persie..then from Denilson/Van Persie pass to Diaby..then to Eboue..Eboue back to Ade..Ade will pass to the overlapping Sagna who will either put a one time cross or pass back to Eboue. Usually the crosses will endup behind the goal or straight into the defender. Because Ade was involved with the build up hes too late to get to the end of the cross. See if I can figure it out why cant the other managers cant? Surely they can do something about it cant they? And if we tend to do the same routine over and over again why dont Nasri or Diaby make runs into the box? Are they too lazy or just plain dumb?

Change the word Diaby above with Fabregas and it would turn out like this. Denilson will make a simple pass to Fabregas. Without looking at the ball Cesc will trap it and with only two touches send it to the hand-begging Ade, who as usual will do nothing but one touch it back to Cesc. Here the offense starts. As Fabregas received it back from Ade Clichy and Sagna already started their overlapping runs and Van Persie dropped a little bit clearing some space for fabregas to move forward. At the same time Ade will move into the box. Nasri will move inside the box to take away the full back and Eboue..well Eboue will still do nothing except move toward Fabregas congesting the space provided by Van Persie. Change Eboue with Walcott and Nasri will move across exchanging runs with Walcott creating more space for fabregas to work. The rest is up to the captain. Heres a few options he created for himself :
  1. Pass it wide to the over lapping full backs for them to whip the ball in. Bcoz Adebayor is already in the box this move become very sensible to do.
  2. Play one-two with van Persie who already positioned himself in front of the defence
  3. Slip the ball to Adebayor, let him hold the ball up as the players around him moving around creating space. If the pass is unavailable, Ade will pass it back to Denilson. The move restart
  4. As in the ManUre game, slip the ball to the crossing Nasri or Walcott.
  5. I like him to do this more often, just shoot. I know u are more than capable to hit the target.
If the move breakdown hell pass back to Denilson and reorganize. If they execute it poorly, the scenario like I explained before will happen. However if it is executed perfectly, a shooting chance will be presented. See the game vs ManUre for proof.

So to solve our current cannot-create-a-chance desease, heres the cure. Get Fabregas back. Ppl seem to trust him better with the ball and will move around accordingly to create space.

Geesh. Maybe I shoud be managing Arsenal instead.
