As the curtain is raised, the black ones appear

Feeling empty, distraught, dissapointed, fucked up..thats the story of the current Arsenal so far this season. Last night was the same. A decent result u might think, considering Liverpool are top of the league, we were down to 10 man, and Cesc didnt play in the second half. However this agonizing feeling keeps haunting me, torturing me into writing this pointless entry. Why u say? Is it because Im tired of seeing us playing below par again? Or seeing how we lost 2 points due to bad defending again? Or seeing players who are fucking obviously out of their depth representing my beloved Arsenal again? Or seeing another player out injured again? AGAIN? The horror is this type of performance has become more and more typical of Arsenal this season. The old posession dominating, intricate passing, triangle movement of the Arsenal that i used to admire are sailing further and further away from my sight. I tried to console myself by stuffing loads of excuses just to ease up my distraught feeling. Rebuilding season? Checked. Young players? Checked. Inexperienced? Checked.Bad finishing? Checked? Unfortunate decisions? Checked. Still, the pain lingers.

As a momento to the Barclays English Premier League 2008/09 season Arsenal are having so far, here I listed the worst players that have ever played for Arsenal. Be informed that these crop of shits are the craps that I knew from my time supporting Arsenal, which by the way started on 1997. Dont grudge me please. This is just a distressed Arse-fan humble view of the only club he ever supported..

GK - Manuel Almunia. Compare him to our former first choice goalie, Seaman and Lehman. Even Manninger. This guy fucked up big time. Poor decisions, poor communications, and school boy errors are all common for him.

RB - Nelson Vivas. Nobody remembers him. The worst number 7 i have ever seen. I couldnt come out with any of his contribution at all.

LB - Giovanni Van Bronchrost. Hes done well at Barca, Ill take that. But, he couldnt play with Vieira, worse than Cashley at left back, and injury prone. The original Rosicky. And he even have the guts to put GIO on his back at Barca like a superstar, which he is obviously not.

CB - Igor Stepanovs. If u can find the video of Arsenal 6-1 loss to Man U few years back, watch in horror. The worst centre back ever.

CB - Pascal Cygan. How we can sell this guy for 2Million quid to Villareal is still a mystery for me. Wenger even tried him at left back, which is worse.

RM - Emmanuel Eboue. I like hime when he started at RB. But as a wide man..totally out of his depth. Cant cross, afraid to tackle, hesitant to take on people, and has the worst shot ever bar none. Plus the usual diving and acting. If u want to do it, do it properly. See Ronaldo does it and learn.

LW - Jose Antonio Reyes. Dont get me wrong, this guy got talent. The world seems to be his oyster. He got great shot in him, very quick, can go past people, makes great run into space, work his ass off every game, a great prospect. But he was also weak, homesick, stupid (he stopped learning English coz hes too dumb to learn it FYI), easily intimidated and cant play after October (its too cold in England after that apparently. D'oh). The only player that Wenger admitted to regret selling, for not fulfilling his potential.

CM - Alex Song. What can i say bout his fella? The only youngster who leapfrogged the Carling Cup syllabus. Nothing special at all. Feel angry just by writing bout him. Next please.

CM - Abou Diaby. Hes been at Arsenal for 4 years now, but still cant work out the best position for himself. Likes to hog the ball too much, likes to make difficult passes instead of the simple ones, afraid to put his foot in, plus incredibly poor timing in his tackling.

FWD - Francis Jeffers. I rate him as same as Stepanovs. The worst striker ever donned the no 9 shirt. Luckily Wenger realized his mistake and shipped him out quickly.

FWD - Kaba Diawara. Contribute nothing. Even Bergkamp looks dissilussioned when playing alongside him

There are others who are very close on joining the list, but for them I reserve some time to prove all the fans wrong. Yep, Im talking to you Nikki B. To sum it all up, 4 from the above list are current Arsenal players, which say it all about the current state of our team. Im tempted to make a list of the best that have played for Arsenal just to compare them with the worse 11 above, but ill save that for later. Till then, ciao
